Do you do custom work?

Yes, Muizee takes on custom projects throughout the year. Please allow at least 6-8 weeks for a custom project to be completed, depending on the current project workload. Simply contact us here .

 

Do you do bridal party gift consultations?

Yes, Muizee is happy to help you find the perfect personal gift for your wedding party. We specialize in bridesmaids and flower girls. Simply contact us here to set up an appointment.

I love your jewellery, but I have been very allergic to jewellery in the past. 

Customers do extremely well with Muizee's line of jewellery due to the high quality of materials that are used. Please feel free to contact us with your specific concern.

I am looking for a gift, but need some help deciding.

Jewellery can be difficult to decide on. If you're looking for some advice, feel free to ask. We have helped many people pick the perfect gift!

I am planning to send a gift to a friend. Can you put a note in it for me?  

How sweet of you! Yes, we would be happy to place a hand-written note inside your gift. Just email us your order number and the short message to be included.

I ordered a Charm Necklace but didn't put my letter choice. What should I do?

No problem! Simply email hello@muizee.com with your name and order number and let us know which letter(s) you would like.

Can I pick up my order in person?

You can find Muizee's line at these amazing retailers.  

I need a jewellery repair. 

Please email hello@muizee.com and let us know what you need repaired. Please include a photograph (when possible). We will make reasonable repairs up to 1 year of purchase. Muizee reserves the right to deny any unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.

What does Muizee mean?

Muizee is a nickname which translates into little sister.
